Territory Manager – Premium Audit
Confidential Company is a leading provider of data-driven solutions and premium audit services, committed to innovation and excellence. The Territory Manager leads premium audit operations across a defined region, focusing on operational success, client partnerships, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
Lead premium audit operations within the region, including managers and premium auditors, to meet performance, quality, and client satisfaction goals
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for escalations, engagement, and service excellence
Support the growth and development of managers and staff, including succession planning and mentoring
Monitor key performance indicators and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and results
Ensure customer service expectations are met and continuously work to improve the client experience
Facilitate client onboarding, manage client expectations, and lead strategic customer conversations
Participate in client and team meetings, including regular travel for in-person engagement
Qualification
Required
Strong leadership and relationship management skills
Excellent communication and client engagement abilities
Proven ability to manage and support remote teams effectively
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in using systems and tools to track and report on performance
In-depth knowledge of premium audit processes and industry best practices
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of five (5) years of premium audit experience, including at least two (2) years of leadership experience managing teams
Demonstrated success in driving client satisfaction and leading teams to achieve operational goals
Preferred
ISO PAAS TAP Certification
Progress toward or completion of the IIA APA certification is a plus
