nextSource is seeking a Certified Contracts and Proposals Administrator to join their team. This role is responsible for managing the preparation, review, and administration of contracts and proposals, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and administer contracts and proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and solicitations
Maintain and manage the contract database (Malbek) for clients, vendors, and suppliers
Draft, revise, and oversee agreements including SOWs, NDAs, MSAs, and IC agreements
Monitor contract performance, deadlines, and compliance metrics
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless supplier and contractor onboarding
Lead corporate compliance activities including insurance certifications, diversity certifications, and entity renewals
Partner with compliance vendors (e.g., myCOI) and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain standards

Required

Certified Contracts Manager (CCM) or equivalent certification required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field
3–5 years of experience in contract administration and proposal management
Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, and compliance standards
Proficiency in contract management software (Malbek, Adobe Sign preferred)
Experience in workforce solutions, contingent labor, or talent acquisition (minimum 1 year)
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience with SharePoint, DocuSign, Adobe Sign, and document management tools
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear and effective communication (written and verbal)
Collaborative, adaptable, and detail-oriented
High personal accountability and follow-through

Preferred

Proficiency in contract management software (Malbek, Adobe Sign preferred)
Familiarity with VMS and COI management tools preferred
