Responsibilities

Oversee general facility operations, including HVAC, electrical systems, security, plumbing, and cleanroom maintenance
Coordinate routine inspections and preventative maintenance schedules for critical facility equipment and systems
Manage vendor relationships and contracts for building services and repairs
Support EH&S (Environmental Health & Safety) compliance, including OSHA and facility-specific safety protocols
Develop and maintain emergency response procedures and security protocols
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to align facility support with production goals
Prepare and manage facility budgets, forecasting maintenance costs and capital improvements
Ensure workspace organization and cleanliness standards are maintained across production areas
Support facility-related upgrades, expansions, and relocation planning as needed

Required

Advanced mechanical skills and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC and other building systems
Proficiency with repair tools and techniques
Minimum 5+ years of facilities management experience in a manufacturing or technical environment
Strong project management and budgeting skills
Excellent communication, vendor negotiation, and problem-solving abilities

Preferred

Knowledge of cleanroom protocols and semiconductor or electronics manufacturing
Familiarity with OSHA standards, building codes, and environmental regulations
Proficiency with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
