Chief of Staff
ON.energy is building the power infrastructure that makes the AI era possible. The Chief of Staff serves as a force multiplier for the CEO, aggregating critical information, driving execution of strategic priorities, and ensuring alignment across the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).

Responsibilities
Act as the central node for ELT information flow, synthesizing inputs across functions into clear, actionable insights
Ensure the CEO has timely, accurate, and well-structured data to support strategic and operational decisions
Filter noise, identify key risks and opportunities, and surface critical issues proactively
Own the end-to-end development of Board decks, quarterly reports, and investor updates
Aggregate, validate, and synthesize inputs from ELT members into cohesive, high-quality narratives
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and strategic clarity across all external-facing executive materials
Partner closely with Finance, Legal, and the CEO on messaging, metrics, and timelines
Lead high-priority, company-wide initiatives that cut across functions and do not naturally sit within a single vertical
Translate strategic priorities into structured plans with clear owners, milestones, and success metrics
Remove obstacles, align stakeholders, and ensure momentum on complex initiatives
Design and maintain the company’s execution rhythm, including ELT meeting cadence, operating reviews, and strategic planning cycles
Operationalize accountability by tracking progress against strategic goals and commitments
Monitor execution speed and effectiveness, identifying gaps and driving corrective action
Ensure decisions are translated into action and followed through to completion
Qualification
Required
8–12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, finance, or a similar role with exposure to executive leadership
Proven ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and executive-level materials
Experience preparing Board and investor-facing presentations and reports
Strong track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and driving execution in ambiguous environments
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
High level of judgment, discretion, and comfort working with senior executives and external stakeholders
