Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for Data & AI Devshop engagements

Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders (executives & technical leads)

Facilitate strategic discussions to uncover business challenges and data-driven opportunities

Collaborate with technical teams (Data Engineers, Data Scientists, AI Specialists) to design and deliver impactful solutions

Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications

Ensure solutions follow best practices in governance, security, scalability, and performance

Own end-to-end delivery for Devshop projects (scope, timelines, budgets)

Manage multiple concurrent engagements while maintaining high client satisfaction

Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies

Required

Strong background in data consulting, analytics, or AI solution delivery; knowledge of modern data platforms/tools (Fabric, Databricks, Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, Python, Spark)

Proven success in managing client relationships and influencing senior stakeholders

Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; ability to balance technical depth with business strategy

Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced consulting/services environment
