Responsibilities
Build, lead, and scale a team of managers, operations coordinators, and bike mechanics to support rapid growth
Own site-level performance end to end, including productivity, cost control, and delivery against daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions to improve throughput, quality, and efficiency, working closely with Central Ops and the New Jersey site
Act as the culture carrier, setting standards for discipline, consistency, and execution while developing top performers and addressing underperformance decisively
Qualification
Required
6+ years' experience in Operations, Site Management, Warehouse, Fulfillment, or large-team environments
A track record of leading large teams and solving day-to-day operational challenges with high judgement and minimal process overhead
You bring momentum, positivity, and urgency. Low energy is a dealbreaker
You are comfortable being fully accountable for results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
