Responsibilities
Execute monthly close activities, including preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts
Analyze manufacturing costs and variances while supporting forecasting and annual budgeting efforts
Assist with accounts payable review, balance sheet reconciliations, and required internal and external audits
Deliver routine and ad hoc financial reports, perform special analyses, and collaborate with tax teams to track cost improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with a focus on accounting
At least 3 years of professional experience in financial analysis, accounting, or reconciliation roles
Proven ability to work effectively in a manufacturing or process-driven environment with multiple priorities
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools, with experience in JD Edwards or Hyperion considered a plus
Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills
Hands-on experience with month-end close activities and journal entries
Comfort and familiarity working within a manufacturing environment
