Responsibilities

Execution of defined and specific customer service requests

Execution of defined and specific customer project tasks

Execution of site reviews of assigned business facilities assigned by Finance Manager or Senior Technical Analyst

Provide timely service reporting

Execution of field site preventative maintenance

Execution of field site lifecycle activities for Desktop devices, endpoint network switching and Microsoft server hardware

Six Sigma White Belt Certification

Expert knowledge of desktop applications: Windows 10, Windows 11, Teams, Office 365, Internet Explorer 11, Microsoft Edge, Google, Chrome, SCCM Remote control, Apple OS

Expert knowledge of end user computing technologies: desktops, laptops, mobile devices, tablets (both android and Apple)

Knowledge of Video Conferencing technologies

Knowledge of server hardware, Microsoft Server Operating Systems and Cisco Edge Devices
