Responsibilities
Lead and support multiple healthcare projects across all phases, from early planning and design through construction administration
Interpret and apply healthcare codes, zoning requirements, and regulatory standards throughout project delivery
Drive high-quality documentation, detailing, and coordination with an emphasis on constructability
Guide project teams through internal QA/QC processes and sustainability goals
Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Participate in design discussions, technical reviews, and client-facing meetings
Support project planning related to scope, schedule, and budget alignment
Contribute to internal design standards, documentation practices, and studio initiatives
Mentor junior staff and model strong leadership, communication, and collaboration
Qualification
Required
8–10 years of professional architectural experience, with a strong emphasis on healthcare design
Licensed Architect or actively progressing toward licensure
Demonstrated experience working with healthcare regulations and facility guidelines
Strong design sensibility paired with rigorous technical execution
Proven ability to lead teams, manage consultants, and engage directly with clients
Comfort balancing design intent, regulatory requirements, schedule, and budget constraints
