AI & Automation: Integrate AI-driven design tools and automation platforms (e.g., XMPie) into workflows to improve personalization, efficiency, and campaign performance

Design Excellence: Create high-quality digital and print marketing assets from concept to execution, including websites, social media, online ads, and branded content (animated/live-action video)

Production Mastery: Deliver precise, pixel-perfect production work across all channels and formats

Content Development: Design and build content within flexible systems to support personalized marketing programs and experiences

Innovative Problem Solving: Independently resolve design and production challenges using creativity and resourcefulness

Business Challenge Translation: Collaborate with stakeholders to transform business objectives into impactful design solutions that drive results

Collaboration: Work closely with Art Directors, Writers, UX Developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns and experiences

Communication: Present design concepts and rationale clearly, fostering constructive feedback and collaboration

Continuous Learning: Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in design, AI, and automation
