This fully remote position involves handling complex employment matters for clients across various industries, including representing employers in court and providing legal counsel on workplace issues.

Responsibilities
Represent employers in federal and state courts, as well as administrative proceedings
Handle all phases of employment litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
Counsel on wage & hour compliance, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and other workplace issues
Draft legal memoranda, position statements, and settlement agreements
Manage relationships with excellent communication and responsiveness
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active California Bar admission (in good standing)
3–15 years of Labor & Employment experience
