Responsibilities
Act as the Branch Manager in their absence and provide coverage for other branches as needed
Support branch leadership in establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with local organizations, schools, and businesses to boost community presence and drive sales
Contribute to the development and execution of community outreach initiatives that align with Vibe’s mission and values
Identify team members’ strengths and growth opportunities, help create development plans, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance and engagement
Assist in monitoring and analyzing branch performance data; recommend strategies to achieve sales, service, and membership goals
Support the development of branch products, services, procedures, and budgets in alignment with business needs
Facilitate team huddles to discuss the Vibe Experience, promotions, goals, and member feedback
Build strong relationships by actively listening to member needs, offering tailored financial solutions, and resolving issues promptly with care and professionalism
Assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, including NCUA guidelines; conduct surprise audits on vaults, cash dispensers, and teller drawers per schedule
Oversee lobby operations and support team members with member services, cash operations, and lending functions
Embrace challenges, seek feedback, and pursue continuous professional development to support both personal and team success
Meet all established sales and service goals
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 5 years' experience in financial services, leadership, retail banking, or member‑facing roles
Strong leadership and coaching abilities
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
Ability to analyze data and make sound decisions
Comfort navigating digital banking tools and systems
Highly organized, adaptable, and service‑focused
Positive, collaborative, and motivated to elevate the member and employee experience
Preferred
Associate's or bachelor's degree
