Integration Engineer
PDS is seeking an experienced Workday Integration Engineer to support a dynamic Workday ecosystem across HCM and Financials. The role involves designing, building, testing, and maintaining Workday integrations while collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities
Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations across HCM and Financials
Develop advanced integrations using Workday Studio, Workday Extend, Core Connectors, and EIBs
Partner closely with engineering peers, application support, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement across integration and development processes
Collaborate closely with the outgoing contractor during knowledge transfer
Maintain high standards of quality, automation, and documentation across all deliverables
Qualification
Required
4+ years' experience with Workday integration development (HCM + FINS)
Expert-level experience with Workday Studio and Workday Extend
Strong proficiency with integration technologies: SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, JSON
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and “wear multiple hats.”
Strong commitment to quality, ethics, and delivering exceptional work
Active involvement in the Workday community (posts, discussions, visibility, etc.)
Preferred
Workday certifications (Studio and/or Extend strongly preferred)
Experience with Workday RaaS, BIRT, Prism, Workato
Development experience with: Java (Spring), Salesforce, JavaScript (Node.js, Vue.js)
Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS and containerization tools like Docker
Familiarity with SDLC best practices and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience working with Workday managed service providers
