Senior Strategic Account Manager

The Judge Group is seeking a Senior Strategic Accounts Manager responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of large, strategic accounts within the Fenestration industry. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, increasing account penetration, and developing long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of large strategic accounts to achieve revenue and market share goals
Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer business objectives
Identify growth opportunities and expand share-of-wallet within each account
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership success
Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to deliver customized solutions
Foster a collaborative internal team environment to support growth and customer needs
Monitor account performance and analyze data to inform strategic adjustments
Track industry trends and competitor activity to guide account strategies
Identify new product, service, or program opportunities that support customer penetration
Negotiate pricing, terms, and project agreements for mutually beneficial outcomes
Follow company policies and contribute to a safe, hazard-free work environment
Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM and other sales tools
Perform additional assigned duties

Required

6-8 years of sales experience with OEM customers, ideally in plastics processing or custom engineered products
Strong consultative and solution-based selling experience
Effective and persuasive verbal and written communication skills
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Self-motivated and data-driven with strong decision-making capability
Commitment to quality, customer service, and continuous improvement

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
