Responsibilities
Work on regulatory reporting automation and testing for financial institutions
Test automated processes used for creation, validation, and submission of regulatory reports
Validate ETL processes for reports like Basel III, Call Reports, and FR Y-9C
Perform data profiling, data quality checks, reconciliation, and variance analysis
Implement and test process, conformance, and transaction-level controls
Ensure reports are accurate, auditable, and compliant with regulatory requirements
Stay updated with regulatory changes related to FFIEC, SEC, and CFTC
Collaborate with IT, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams
Support enhancements, change management, and documentation of reporting systems
Qualification
Required
Experience in regulatory reporting, testing, or reporting automation
Strong understanding of data quality, data governance, and control testing
Hands-on experience with SQL
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred
basic scripting (Python preferred)
Familiarity with automation or scheduling tools like Control-M
