Mold Plant Mechatronic Engineer

Responsibilities
Design and develop mechatronic systems by thoughtfully integrating mechanical, electrical, and software components
Partner with mechanical, electrical, and software teams to deliver cohesive, well-aligned solutions
Run simulations, testing, and system validation to ensure performance and reliability
Diagnose, improve, and optimize existing systems with a focus on continuous improvement
Create clear technical documentation and support manufacturing and maintenance teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of hands-on experience in robotics development for industrial or manufacturing environments
Strong proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and control systems (PLC, embedded systems)
Proven experience with industrial robot programming (e.g., KUKA, Fanuc) and languages such as C/C++, Python, or MATLAB
A collaborative mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a genuine curiosity for learning and innovation
