UX Service Designer
Optomi is partnering with a premier client in the telecommunications industry to seek a UX Service Designer for their Greater Denver hub. This role focuses on designing end-to-end service experiences that enhance both customer and employee journeys, requiring a strong background in UX design and service design methodologies.

Responsibilities
Create journey maps and service blueprints to align teams and improve customer and employee experiences
Design wireframes and prototypes and validate solutions through user testing
Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and other designers to translate insights into actionable design solutions
Conduct usability testing with real end-users and iterate designs based on feedback
Evaluate product performance post-launch and recommend enhancements for future iterations
Balance team-based collaboration with independent work while meeting defined timelines
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on service design
Hands-on experience using Figma, Confluence, and Adobe Suite
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a computer-related field, or equivalent professional experience
A strong portfolio showcasing journey maps, service blueprints, and UX artifacts
Experience working cross-functionally with developers and analysts
A user-centered mindset with a structured approach to testing and iteration
