Leading and supporting advisory engagements on complex construction disputes, particularly those involving schedule delay, cost, and commercial issues
Providing strategic input on claims strategy and dispute resolution approaches for clients
Acting as a trusted senior advisor to clients and legal teams
Guiding and developing junior consultants and contributing to a high-performing team culture
Supporting the continued growth of the regional practice through client development and thought leadership
Qualification
Required
A strong background in construction disputes within a consultancy, expert, or advisory environment
Demonstrated experience supporting or leading expert-led engagements
Comfortable operating in a client-facing, leadership-oriented role
Commercially minded, with an interest in helping grow a practice over time
Clear, confident communicator with strong written and analytical skills
