Responsibilities
Review tax documents to ensure all required elements are complete and accurate (name, account number, Tax ID, signatures, etc.)
Assemble completed tax returns after verification
Prepare and mail tax documents to appropriate taxing authorities
Scan incoming tax documentation using proprietary/internal software systems
Operate postage machines to weigh, label, and process individual and bulk mailings
Maintain organized records and follow documented procedures
Support team members during high-volume processing periods
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in administrative, operations, clerical, or office support roles
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data/document review
Ability to multitask and manage repetitive tasks for extended periods
Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Flexible to work overtime (including occasional weekends) during peak periods
Reliable and punctual with the ability to work onsite 5 days a week
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory
