This role focuses on optimizing fundraising effectiveness and ensuring exceptional donor experiences while managing a team dedicated to achieving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Leads database strategy, analytics, and technology infrastructure to optimize fundraising effectiveness and enable data-driven decision making across the philanthropy team

Oversees all gift processing operations, financial coordination, donor stewardship systems and compliance to ensure accurate, timely and donor-centered service

Directs prospect research, portfolio management, and pipeline intelligence to support gift officers with actionable data and moves management strategies, including coordination of grateful patient operations

Supervises philanthropy operations team and manages governance support functions to ensure operational excellence, professional development, and board/committee administration

Executes strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned by Chief Philanthropy Officer

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

Minimum of 7 years in nonprofit philanthropy operations, donor services, stewardship or database management

Experience supervising staff and managing cross-functional teams required

Preferred

Advanced degree or CFRE preferred

Background in analytics, process improvement, project management, frontline fundraising or systems implementation strongly preferred
