Responsibilities
Advising and mentoring candidates wishing to transfer from an officer career stream to soldier entry
Providing advice on career opportunities within the military
Mentoring and promoting continuation of service within the Army Reserves
Maintaining the database (DRS)
Qualification
Required
Clear communication skills both verbal and written
Professional approach to deliver advice
Confidence to mentor candidates through the transition to soldier application
Ability to work in a small team
Ability to prioritise and strong attention to detail
Preferred
Familiarity with the Army Career streams and trades
