Responsibilities
Investigate and respond to operational requests and inquiries
Review daily reports and identify potential issues or exceptions
Support the processing of corporate actions
Monitor, review, and respond to email communications
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues
Manage exceptions in our primary instrument system across multiple asset classes, including: Stocks, Indexes, ETFs, Futures, Options, Rights and Warrants
Qualification
Required
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
Interest in the stock market and financial instruments
Flexible schedule, including occasional weekend availability
Positive, professional, and team‑oriented attitude
Basic technical skills or a strong willingness to learn new systems
Preferred
1–3 years of professional experience
Prior exposure to the finance or banking industry is a strong plus
Experience in operations, reporting, analysis, or support functions
