Responsibilities

Lead daily accounting operations and oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes

Serve as the financial partner to site leadership and corporate finance

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles

Analyze results, identify cost drivers, and recommend improvement actions

Oversee cost accounting, product costing, and inventory accuracy

Prepare financial and operational reporting packages for leadership

Maintain strong internal controls and assist with capex oversight

Support continuous improvement, cost optimization, and operational excellence initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience

Background supporting a manufacturing or product-based business

Experience with cost accounting and inventory management

Ability to influence, partner cross-functionally, and translate data into decisions

Leadership mindset with a hands-on, collaborative approach
