Responsibilities
Ability to communicate with verbal and written proficiency
Post payments received from the branches
Submit credit card deposit data to the NYO
Transmit our remote deposits to BOA
Compile the collection sheets for checks
Scan in paid tickets to DocuXplorer
Answers accounts receivable phone inquiries and follows up
Perform other activities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associates degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance from an accredited university or college preferred
Minimum of 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
Previous experience in credit & collections, and billing systems
Excellent analytical, mathematical, organizational and reporting skills
Exceptional organization skills and ability to follow through on commitments
Exhibit exceptional customer service to internal as well as external customers
Ability to effectively manage tasks
Advanced Experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required
Maintain and promote workplace safety
Securing and transferring cash or other assets
Preferred
Industry experience preferred (i.e. Wholesale Distribution with foreign/domestic supplier mix)
