Crowe LLP is seeking a Microsoft Business Applications Customer Outcome Leader – Senior Manager to own and drive customer success across a portfolio of post-implementation client accounts. This role is responsible for ensuring measurable business outcomes, high-quality service delivery, and long-term value realization for clients using Microsoft Business Applications.

Responsibilities

Own outcome achievement and SLA performance across a portfolio of assigned post-implementation client accounts

Translate client business objectives into measurable outcomes, optimization roadmaps, and success metrics

Drive continuous improvement in service quality, client satisfaction, and realized business value

Oversee a portfolio of approximately 8–12 client accounts, including complex or high-impact engagements

Lead multiple cross-functional, global delivery teams to ensure consistent, high-quality execution

Manage capacity planning, skills alignment, and delivery performance across accounts

Partner with Account Executives and Executive Sponsors to shape and execute customer outcome strategies

Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, providing strategic guidance and influencing decision-making

Ensure alignment between client expectations, delivery capabilities, and outcome commitments

Enable growth within high-potential accounts by expanding realized outcomes and demonstrated value

Support solution and service expansion across the Microsoft Business Applications portfolio

Balance outcome achievement with scalable, efficient, and profitable delivery models
