Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with HR COEs to align on design decisions and integrate HR into enterprise-wide projects

Governance & Delivery: Track HR milestones, dependencies, and deliverables within the broader project framework

Status Reporting: Consolidate updates and present progress reports to HR leadership and key stakeholders

Program Representation: Act as the primary HR contact and contribute expertise to core team discussions and decision-making

Change Management: Lead communication and adoption efforts to ensure successful stakeholder engagement and process implementation

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required

5+ years of HR project or program management experience with demonstrated success coordinating across multiple HR COEs

Proficient in project management methodologies, tracking and reporting tools, with strong Microsoft Office Suite skills

Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate across teams, while staying organized, detail-oriented, and effective in fast-paced environments
