Required

Expertise in event and experience design, including creative thinking and the ability to conceptualize unique event themes and interactions
Strong skills in project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendors
Experience with technology integration and analytics to deliver data-driven results and assess ROI for event programs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, partners, and community stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site, client-focused environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality

Preferred

Background in event management, design, or hospitality is beneficial, with experience in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area considered an advantage
Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, or a related field preferred
