Responsibilities

This is a non-clinical position on the Autism Care Team providing support and service to the behavioral health clinical autism teams in support of optimal member care and provider partnerships

Process and record receipt of clinical requests and assign for review

Facilitate follow-up calls for additional information from providers

Assist clinical staff in locating services for members through provider searches

Provide information to clinical staff regarding results of provider or resource searches

Monitor fax/email mailboxes and tasking buckets

Submits PIN requests for providers not listed in the system

Assigns cases to clinicians

Collaborates with clinical staff on administrative processes

Forwards documents to be attached to clinical cases

Creates new cases based on new requests

May participate in reporting or data collection with projects

Required

1+ year(s) working with Behavioral Health

Required to use a residential broadband service with internet speeds of at least 25 mbps/3 mbps in order to ensure sufficient speed to adequately perform work duties

Ability to work Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm PST/MST

High School Diploma or GED
