Responsibilities

Lead the development, optimization, and execution of CRM programs (email, SMS, mobile)
Drive strategy and performance for global consumer websites, ensuring UX is locally relevant and brand-aligned
Partner with analytics and CDP teams to define segmentation, personalization, and campaign KPIs
Collaborate closely with IT on technical implementation (no coding required)
Build scalable playbooks and documentation to support digital maturity across regions

Required

5+ years in CRM and web strategy
