Strategic Analyst
Rani Therapeutics is seeking a Strategic Analyst to partner with the CEO in developing and executing strategic priorities. The role involves conducting research, preparing executive summaries, and managing operational execution to support corporate strategy and decision-making.

Responsibilities
Partner with the CEO to develop, track, and execute strategic priorities, ensuring clear communication and accountability across leadership
Conduct research and analysis to support corporate strategy, business development opportunities, and long-range planning
Prepare executive summaries, financial models, and scenario analyses to support decision-making at the CEO and Board levels
Support preparation for investor meetings, Board presentations, and strategic reviews
Coordinate and facilitate executive meetings, off-sites, and leadership team agendas; ensure effective follow-through on action items
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, R&D, Quality, MFG, Clinical, and Non-Clinical teams to align goals and timelines
Support execution of high-priority programs, special projects, and partnership initiatives
Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, correspondence, and meeting logistics with precision and confidentiality
Prioritize and manage an evolving list of tasks, projects, and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO
Draft and edit correspondence, communications, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Serve as the point of contact and liaison between the CEO and internal/external partners
Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and communications
Serve as an extension of the CEO to ensure consistent messaging, internal communication, and organizational alignment
Draft and review key communications, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
Build strong relationships across departments to foster collaboration, transparency, and accountability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
2-5 years of progressive experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, or corporate development, preferably within biotech, pharma, or medical device industries
Strong analytical and financial acumen; comfortable building models and interpreting complex data sets
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize and present information at the executive and Board levels
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Proven ability to build trust, influence without authority, and maintain confidentiality
Curious and forward-thinking, with a desire to deeply understand the business, ask insightful questions, and anticipate needs before they arise
Humble and collaborative, valuing teamwork over ego and always seeking to elevate others while delivering exceptional results
Collegial and approachable, able to build trust and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of the organization
Creative and solution-oriented, with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred
advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD) in business, life sciences, or engineering preferred
