Responsibilities

Cleans and performs minor repairs on University buildings to ensure that facilities are in suitable condition for scheduled activities
Cleaning duties may include tasks such as cleaning bathrooms, dusting, removing trash, etc
Strips, sands, waxes, seals, buffs, sweeps, shampoos, and mops various types of floor surfaces
Maintains equipment and supplies in order to complete tasks
May assist in setting up for events

Qualification

Custodial floor careCleaning techniquesValid Driver’s LicenseFollows instructionsPrioritizes tasks

Required

2 years of experience in custodial floor care maintenance techniques
Valid Driver's License from any state
Follows detailed instructions and procedures
May work under limited supervision, and prioritize tasks independently
