Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-wide process architecture and improvement
Drive the blueprint for how we develop and run our systems, ensuring alignment with strategy, operational excellence, security, and compliance
Orchestrate process design and optimization
Coordinate cross-functional work, guide teams through transformation initiatives, and ensure milestones, documentation, and outcomes are delivered with clarity and quality
Define standards that raise our maturity
Develop and champion modelling standards, governance practices, controls, and methodologies adopted across teams and regions
Innovate using modern technologies
Evaluate leading tools—including AI workflow automation, BPM, process mining, APIs, and RPA—and drive adoption and integration across the ecosystem
Review and strengthen process design
Ensure designs meet organizational standards and reduce operational risk, providing actionable insights that lead to better customer and business outcomes
Guide and influence stakeholders across business and IT
Translate strategic objectives into architecture options and priorities; influence executives with data-driven recommendations and industry insights
Promote continuous improvement & operational excellence
Embed learning, quality, and agile improvement practices into everyday work
Drive efforts that increase speed, accuracy, and scalability
Mentor practitioners and shape our capability
Coach teams, build community, and promote a culture of experimentation, innovation, and measurable results
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in process architecture, enterprise transformation, application engineering, or similar roles
Hands-on experience with modern process tools (e.g., workflow platforms, process mining, automation, APIs)
Strong business analysis, system thinking, and agile delivery capabilities
Deep knowledge of cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS) and software engineering concepts
A proven ability to influence leaders, partner across functions, and drive alignment
