Responsibilities
Serve as a first point of contact for internal users, helping troubleshoot issues, guide them through solutions, and ensure a smooth day-to-day technology experience
Work closely with other IT team members and gain exposure to a broad range of foundational IT tasks, including hardware setup, software support, and user account administration
Qualification
Required
Foundational knowledge of IT concepts through education, certifications, or hands-on experience
Strong customer service mindset and clear, professional communication skills
Comfort working with computers, common software applications, and basic troubleshooting
Preferred
Experience using an IT ticketing system
A+, Network+, Security+, or similar certifications
Exposure to user account management, workstation setup, or system support tasks
