Responsibilities
Ensure all deliveries are compliant with state and local cannabis transportation laws
Respond to customer inquiries or delivery issues in a professional and timely manner
Monitor live delivery progress and adjust routes in real-time as needed for traffic, delays, or order changes
Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and customer experience
Oversee onboarding and training of drivers and operations personnel in safety, compliance, and company protocols
Transport Agent schedule
Monitor vehicle maintenance
Arrange vehicle repairs with Keith and Sean
Transport Agents – monitor attendance and performance
Drive regular routes
