Project Manager
Falcon Inc. is a nationwide consulting and management firm dedicated to advancing justice, healthcare, and safety in state, federal, and local custody settings. They are seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery while coordinating various teams and serving as a trusted point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects from initiation through delivery
Translate big ideas into clear workplans, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate teams of subject-matter experts (clinical, operational, architectural, legal, and technical)
Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal leadership
Anticipate risks, manage scope, and keep projects on track, without losing sight of quality
Prepare high-quality reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leaders, policymakers, and project teams
Help shape internal systems, tools, and processes as the firm continues to grow
Qualification
Required
Lead and manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects from initiation through delivery

Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal leadership

Help shape internal systems, tools, and processes as the firm continues to grow
Comfort working with clinicians, correctional leaders, attorneys, architects, engineers, and government officials
Excellent writing skills; you can turn complexity into clear, persuasive narratives
Strong judgment, emotional intelligence, and an ability to manage competing priorities
A bias toward ownership, follow-through, and getting things done
Deep knowledge of project management tools, including the Microsoft suite of services
Preferred
5+ years of project management experience (healthcare, behavioral health, justice, public sector, or consulting preferred)
A master's degree in public health, psychology, social work, healthcare administration, business, or a related field is preferred, but not required for the right candidate
