Responsibilities

Welcomes clients and visitors, fostering a friendly and professional environment
Manages the conference room reservation and scheduling system
Answers, screens, and directs incoming calls and deliveries
Monitors voicemail messages and coordinates follow-up with the appropriate parties
Provides support for videoconference setup and meeting technology needs
Coordinates menus and places catering orders as required
Helps ensure conference areas, lobby spaces, and pantries are clean, organized, and presentable
Supports coordination with building services and assists with guest registration and security procedures
Ad hoc tasks as assigned

Qualification

MS WordOutlookExcelCommunication skillsOrganizational skillsTeamwork

Required

1-3 years of office/reception experience
Proficient computer skills including knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
Well organized and detail oriented
Ability to work alongside a team
Strong communication skills
