Acting/ Temporary Program Director (Residential Programs)
Catholic Charities, Diocese of Paterson is seeking a Temporary Acting Program Director to oversee daily operations of their Residential/Outpatient Treatment Facilities. The role involves ensuring quality treatment and care for clients, acting as a liaison with various legal and medical professionals, and requires travel between locations.

Responsibilities
Overseeing the daily program operations of Alpha houses, Outpatient and Medically managed program planning
Ensuring the provision of quality treatment and care for unit’s clients in accordance with the requirements of all regulating bodies
Acting as a liaison between Straight & Narrow and members of the Drug Court Team, including the TASC Evaluator, Probation Department, Drug Court Coordinators, Judges, Prosecutors, etc
Travel between location is required
Qualification
Required
Be a New Jersey licensed psychologist with at least five years of experience in addiction services, two of those years in a supervisory capacity, who possesses a Certification of Proficiency in the Treatment of Alcohol and other Psychoactive Substance Use Disorders from the American Psychological Association, College of Professional Psychology, or is a Certified Clinical Supervisor by the Addictions Professionals Certification Board of New Jersey (APCBNJ)
Be a New Jersey licensed clinical social worker with at least five years of experience in addiction services, two of those years in a supervisory capacity, who is a certified clinical supervisor by the APCBNJ
Be a New Jersey licensed professional counselor, or licensed marriage and family therapist, with at least five years of experience in addiction services, two of those years in a supervisory capacity, who is a certified clinical supervisor by the APCBNJ; or
Be a New Jersey LCADC with at least five years of experience in addiction services, two of those years in a supervisory capacity, who, in addition, holds a clinical Master's degree recognized by the State Board of Marriage and Family Therapy Examiners, Alcohol and Drug Committee, Division of Consumer Affairs, New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety
Be a New Jersey licensed physician who is certified by the American Society of Addiction Medicine, or is a Board-certified psychiatrist, and has at least two years of supervisory experience in addiction services
Be a New Jersey licensed advanced practice nurse with at least five years of experience in addiction services, two of those years in a supervisory capacity, who is a clinical supervisor certified by the APCBNJ, or
Have a doctoral degree in human services, mental health, or social work with at least two years of supervisory experience
Incumbents with a master's degree in counseling or social work not possessing any of the qualifications set forth in (a)1 through 6 above, shall obtain LCADC status or another health professional license that includes diagnostic and supervisory authority for work of an alcohol and drug counseling nature by July 15, 2016
