Learning Management System Administrator

Gibsons Restaurant Group is seeking a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to oversee the core functions of their LMS for effective training across hospitality locations. Responsibilities

Upload, organize, and update training materials, courses, and assessments
Ensure content is accessible, user-friendly, and aligned with learning objectives
Organize course catalogs and ensure proper categorization and visibility
Support deployment of brand standards, service training, and seasonal rollouts
Maintain user accounts, roles, and permissions
Provide technical support to users
Ensure mobile accessibility and ease of use for frontline team members across FOH and BOH roles
Assist with high-volume onboarding cycles by maintaining scalable training workflows and consistent user setup processes
Provide training and support to users on using the LMS
Track user progress and generate reports on training effectiveness
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Configure and export data to external reporting systems
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with the LMS
Support system upgrades and understand proposed enhancements
Research best practice tools and approaches to improve user experience
Collaborate with restaurant and corporate office leaders to enhance the learning experience
Communicate changes and updates to users and the wider organization
Perform data entry tasks and other administrative duties as required
Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring adaptability to organizational needs

Required

Familiarity with LMS platforms such as Wisetail, Cornerstone, or similar systems (or a demonstrated ability to learn quickly)
Strong communication, troubleshooting, and data analysis skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities across departments
0-2+ years of experience in LMS administration, training coordination, or hospitality management with a strong learning & development focus
Experience supporting high-volume hourly teams in fast-paced environments, with an emphasis on training consistency and operational readiness

Preferred

Degree in Hospitality, Education, Instructional Design, HR, or related field preferred
Experience integrating LMS tools with restaurant tech platforms is a plus
Proficient with Google Suite preferred
