Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning: Drive annual and quarterly planning cycles, linking priorities to financial goals and KPIs
Own operating rhythms: Manage QBRs, monthly performance reviews, and goal-setting processes to keep the organization aligned
Drive cross-functional execution: Ensure coordination across GM’s, GTM, Product, Finance, HR, Legal, and other teams
Manage performance: Establish reporting frameworks, track progress, and surface insights to inform executive decisions
Lead a program management team: Recruit, mentor, and develop talent to support integrated planning and execution
Support executive decision-making: Provide analysis, scenario modeling, and business cases for strategic initiatives
Prepare executive communications: Deliver strategic updates, performance summaries, and initiative progress for senior leadership

Required

10–15 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or FP&A within a global or multi-unit enterprise
Proven success leading strategic planning and performance management processes
Strong analytical and financial skills; ability to link strategy to metrics
Exceptional executive communication and presentation abilities
Demonstrated experience influencing and aligning cross-functional leaders
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred
