Responsibilities
Act as Site Lead with an appointed alternate; exercise full authority on daily contract matters and operations
Maintain availability 0800–1700 ET, Monday–Friday, with on-site presence during core hours 1000–1400
Participate in post-award and periodic progress meetings within the Fort Meade area
Lead and support monthly in-process working meetings; prepare and deliver agendas, minutes, briefings, and required status materials
Oversee preparation and submission of monthly status reporting, including counts of minimum viable capability releases accepted by the Government
Support sprint planning by recommending goals for Government approval; coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to execute sprint objectives
Establish, maintain, and enforce the Quality Control Plan; implement procedures to prevent and correct defective services
Ensure compliance with system security planning and corrective action management; implement required cybersecurity controls and incident reporting
Maintain required rosters and records and ensure timely submission of all deliverables, including travel reporting when applicable
Qualification
Required
Active TS/SCI
Ability to complete required CUI and OPSEC training and adhere to associated policies and procedures
Ability to complete security paperwork within 7 calendar days of request and attend security events within 5 calendar days of notice
Minimum 8 years of experience in systems engineering, software development, or cybersecurity
Minimum 3 years of experience in technical leadership or management roles, including leading teams of 5+ technical personnel
Demonstrated experience as a Site Lead, Technical Lead, or Project Manager on government contracts
Strong background in one or more technical disciplines: software development, systems engineering, DevSecOps, or cybersecurity
Experience with agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint planning
Experience preparing and delivering technical briefings, status reports, and program documentation
Experience with quality control processes and corrective action management
Knowledge of DoD security requirements, system security planning, and cybersecurity controls
Preferred
PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe certifications
Technical certifications relevant to the program (Security+, CISSP, cloud certifications)
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and contract performance metrics
Prior experience as Key Personnel on DoD or Intelligence Community contracts
Experience with RMF, ATO processes, and security compliance documentation
