The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to HR leadership, offering strategic insight and hands-on support in evaluating and optimizing HR operations, systems, policies, and compliance practices.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive HR department functional assessments, including evaluations of policies, procedures, systems, workflows, and compliance

Partner with HR leadership to develop and implement process improvements across all functional areas of HR

Provide guidance on organizational structure, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations best practices

Ensure HR operations align with the company’s strategic objectives and compliance requirements

Travel to client site as needed to conduct in-person assessments, training, or implementation support

Review, update, and create HR policies and employee handbooks in line with federal, state, and local regulations
