Fidelity Bank is seeking a Financial Services Representative to join their team, where you will have dedicated time for growth and career development. In this role, you will support customers over the phone and in-person at the Investor Center, assisting with account inquiries and transactions while obtaining necessary financial licenses.

Responsibilities

Become a FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7 Top Off and Series 66 licenses, fully paid for and sponsored by Fidelity

You’ll continue to spend four days a week working from home and one day a week in an Investor Center, where you’ll support customers with increasing complexity to develop and hone your skills

You’ll gain confidence and develop proficiency serving customers as you join the wealth management development track and will spend time building advanced skills that will further develop your career in planning

You are supported. We provide all the training you need to develop the skills needed to service customers and study for your FINRA licensing exams! You don’t need a finance background or college degree to succeed in this role
