Responsibilities

Generate and qualify high-value commercial leads, specifically targeting key accounts such as property managers, general contractors, multi-unit retailers, and manufacturers
Proactively pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, strategic networking, email campaigns, and market research to build a robust pipeline
Conduct compelling needs assessments to fully understand potential clients' commercial junk removal challenges and identify areas where Southwind's services can deliver maximum value
Deliver customized sales presentations and proposals to decision-makers, expertly demonstrating the economic and operational benefits of partnering with our brand
Negotiate and close profitable B2B contracts to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, utilizing our uncapped commission structure to maximize earning potential
Act as the primary commercial relationship manager for your secured accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Maintain 100% data integrity by meticulously utilizing the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo) to manage the sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams, most critically with Operations and Dispatch, to ensure highest-level visibility and awareness of client needs for flawless service delivery and execution. This includes detailed job handoffs and post-job reviews to maintain client satisfaction
Stay ahead of the curve by continuously studying local market trends, competitor activity, and new sales techniques to maintain a competitive edge and drive professional growth

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent relevant professional experience
A competitive drive and demonstrated ability to consistently close deals and achieve high-growth targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment utilizing organizational and time management skills
