New Grad, Entry LevelProclinical Staffing is seeking an Analytical QC Analyst to support quality control operations for a pharmaceutical organization in MA. This position plays a key role in ensuring timely and efficient quality control processes, contributing to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance from development through commercialization.

Responsibilities
Conduct routine and non-routine analytical assays to support raw materials, in-process samples, product release, and stability studies following established SOPs
Maintain training records, adhere to testing schedules, and complete assignments on time to support QC activities and project timelines
Assist with laboratory equipment maintenance, inventory management, and preparation of reagents and samples
Ensure timely submission of data and perform data review as needed
Perform operational tasks such as raw material sampling, environmental monitoring, and product testing
Contribute to the revision and updating of controlled documents, including SOPs and test methods
Adhere to internal policies, SOPs, and regulatory standards (e.g., GMP, GLP, ICH guidelines)
Collaborate with QC and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
Participate in ongoing training to enhance expertise in QC techniques and regulatory compliance
Support data verification for regulatory submissions and inspection readiness activities
Assist with onsite audits and inspections as required
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QC processes and laboratory efficiency
Qualification
Required
Degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, or a related scientific field (Associate's Degree, Biotech Certificate, or equivalent considered)
Hands-on experience with HPLC and UPLC
Experience in a regulated laboratory setting within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to shifting priorities
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Familiarity with LIMS, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is beneficial
Preferred
Proficiency in data analysis preferred
