Responsibilities

Identify and engage new prospective clients to introduce GBG’s identity verification and fraud prevention solutions
Sell additional products and services to a portfolio of named existing customers
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Understand and effectively navigate the sales process, from initial outreach through to contract negotiations and closing
Collaborate with internal teams, including Product and Marketing, to ensure alignment with client needs and market trends
Stay informed on industry trends and maintain knowledge of GBG’s solutions to position them effectively to potential clients

Required

Proven sales experience in a SaaS environment, ideally within the Fraud, Identity Verification, or related technology sectors
Proven track record of new business development and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong experience in managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals with enterprise-level customers
Demonstrated ability to build and grow a sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to quickly learn and understand GBG's identity and fraud prevention solutions, translating product knowledge into client value
Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
Ability to collaborate with internal teams, including Product and Marketing, to ensure solutions meet client needs and market trends
A results-driven, customer-focused mindset, with a passion for building long-lasting client relationships
Familiarity with CRM tools (such as Salesforce) to track and manage sales activities and pipelines
