Responsibilities
Design, configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow applications and modules, including workflows, scripts, and integrations
Partner with business and technical teams to analyze requirements and deliver effective ServiceNow-based solutions
Develop, implement, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise platforms
Utilize UI Builder, Service Portal, Creator Studio, and App Engine Studio for rapid development and prototyping
Build and maintain Service Portal widgets and complex workflows
Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure solution stability, reliability, and performance
Create and maintain clear technical documentation and end-user guides
Establish and adhere to best practices for ServiceNow configuration, customization, data security, and process governance
Stay current with ServiceNow releases, features, and platform updates, recommending continuous improvements as appropriate
Qualification
Required
Minimum 6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Proven experience implementing or customizing ServiceNow CSM, FSM, and SOM
Strong understanding of ServiceNow domain separation and security
Solid software development background with expertise in: Client-callable and server-side scripting, JavaScript (Rhino engine), AngularJS, jQuery, Node.js HTML/CSS, Apache Jelly, and Groovy
Strong experience with Service Portal development and complex workflow design
Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code tools, particularly Creator Studio and App Engine Studio
Strong understanding of REST APIs, web technologies, and data structures
Familiarity with ServiceNow Integration Hub
ServiceNow certifications including CIS in FSM and CSM and CAD (Certified Application Developer) are required
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment
