Responsibilities
Supporting mission-critical systems in enterprise and government environments
Developing, testing, and maintaining software applications
Engage with new technologies like zarf deployments
Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Foundational experience in developing, testing, and maintaining software applications
Exposure to modern programming languages, version control systems, and software development methodologies
Strong understanding of secure coding practices, troubleshooting, and debugging processes
Prior experience in government or Department of Defense (DoD) environments is a plus
Ability to adapt and rapidly learn complex applications and systems
Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
9+ years of experience in IT operations
Demonstrate expertise in real-time system monitoring, account management, and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including deploying and managing zarf packages
Hold an active SECRET clearance
Be eligible for Top Secret/SCI clearance
Preferred
Experience or familiarity with containerized environments, such as Kubernetes
Eagerness to engage with new technologies like zarf deployments
Certifications in secure programming, cloud technologies, or development frameworks
Collaborative mindset and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Master's degree in IT, Systems Management, or a related discipline
Advanced expertise in DI-hosted Kubernetes environments and zarf package management
Experience presenting metrics and operational data to senior leadership in a clear and actionable manner
Preference will be given to those holding a TS/SCI clearance
