Qualification
Required
8-15 years in IT consulting, delivery, or engagement management
5+ years leading ServiceNow programs or large-scale platform transformations
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and implementation lifecycle
Executive-level communication and stakeholder management experience
Proven ability to lead distributed teams and complex engagements
