Responsibilities
Create, modify, and maintain reports using tools like Web Intelligence (WebI) and Crystal Reports to deliver actionable insights to the business
Design and build SAP BusinessObjects Universes, which act as a semantic layer to provide a user-friendly interface to complex data sources
Work with business users to understand their reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements and specifications
Conduct testing (unit, integration, user acceptance testing) to ensure the accuracy and functionality of reports and applications before deploying them to production
Provide technical support, resolve issues, and debug problems with BusinessObjects reports and applications
Maintain and update documentation for the BusinessObjects applications and universes
Qualification
Required

Maintain and update documentation for the BusinessObjects applications and universes
Proficiency in tools such as Web Intelligence (WebI), Crystal Reports, Universe Design Tool (UDT/IDT)
Strong knowledge of SQL for querying databases and extracting data
Ability to present data in a clear and insightful way
Ability to analyze business processes, understand data flows, and convert raw data into meaningful reports
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both business stakeholders and IT teams
Ability to troubleshoot issues, debug code, and provide efficient solutions to complex problems
