Drive Growth – Spot opportunities through prospecting and cold calling, pitch solutions, and close deals that make a real impact
Solve Problems – Think creatively to tailor shipping solutions that save clients time and money
Level Up Fast – Get hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world sales experience from day one
Qualification
Required
Some sales or customer-facing experience is a bonus (retail, internships, cold calling—we love it all)
A natural communicator who enjoys meeting new people
Ambitious, competitive, and excited about closing deals
Bachelor's degree is great, but we value grit, personality, and curiosity just as much
A team player who thrives in a high-energy, supportive environment
